Return Policy
We hope you'll love your purchase from The Scriptorium Letters. If there is a problem with your order, we're here to help.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at thescriptoriumletters@gamil.com, including your order number and photographs where appropriate. We'll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
If you've changed your mind, you may return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we have made an error.
For monthly story collections, any chapters that have already been dispatched are non-refundable. If you cancel the remainder of your collection within the 14-day cancellation period and before future chapters have been sent, we'll refund the value of the undelivered chapters where applicable.
Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
If your order is delayed or lost in the post, please contact us and we'll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Products
The Scriptorium Letters creates and sells original story collections presented through letters, documents and other paper keepsakes. Every effort is made to ensure that product descriptions and photographs accurately represent the items you will receive.
Orders and Payment
All orders must be paid for in full before dispatch. Prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Monthly Delivery Collections
If you purchase a Monthly Delivery collection, your story will be sent in instalments over the selected period. Each chapter will be dispatched according to our publishing schedule.
If you purchase a Complete Collection, all available chapters will be dispatched together.
Shipping
Dispatch times are shown on each product listing. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and postal service.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges that may apply to international orders.
Intellectual Property
All stories, artwork, documents, designs and content produced by The Scriptorium remain the intellectual property of The Scriptorium and may not be copied, reproduced or redistributed without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Where an item is lost or damaged in transit, we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
